Reservation Policy
Chrysler employees should make shuttle reservations through the Chrysler manifest builder before 4:00 p.m. of the business day prior to the flight. The final manifest will be sent to National Airlines (Murray Air) at 4:15 p.m. the evening before the flight. Unfortunately, call-ins to Pentastar can’t be accepted because of regulations.

Check-In Policy
We ask that passengers check-in at the counter no later than 30 minutes prior to flight. Final check-in will be 15 minutes prior to departure. At this time, "no-show" passenger seats will be given to waitlisted passengers in the order they‘ve checked-in with the Flight Attendant. Additional "walk-on" passengers with an itinerary will be added on a first-come, first-served basis.

Baggage
Passengers may have one small carry-on item (i.e. laptop computer, briefcase, overnight bag). A baggage cart will be at the check-in counter for those whose baggage needs to be checked. Checked baggage should weigh no more than 60 pounds. For safety reasons, the contents of your luggage may be searched at the discretion of the crew.
